Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking an Operations Manager in Boston to lead a concierge/security/janitorial team and uphold our customer service standards. You will manage a budget and payroll while ensuring building operations run smoothly and guests receive excellent service.

The role requires supervisory experience, hospitality background, and the ability to coach staff, multitask, and work well in a team. Lifts up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field supervisory or management role, with janitorial or hotel-like atmosphere preferred.
