Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe seeks a Regular Part-Time Guest Experience Specialist to deliver luxury hospitality. Use your authentic personality and local knowledge to create memorable guest experiences, proactively exceeding expectations with exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of concierge experience, knowledge of Santa Fe and New Mexico, and proficiency with KEY, Opera, Book 4 Time, Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of concierge experience in luxury hospitality
• Knowledge of Santa Fe and New Mexico preferred
• Proficiency with hotel software including KEY, Opera, Book 4 Time and Outlook
• Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences using authentic personality and local knowledge
• Handle guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism, resolving issues with empathy
• Answer guest inquiries about the resort, Santa Fe and surrounding areas
• Attend to details in tours and guest interactions, coordinating with other departments
• Book tours in Key and manage confirmation details via phone, chat and email
