Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for a luxury multifamily community in Basalt, CO. This part-time role covers morning and evening shifts (7:00 am - 5:00 pm / 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm) and requires discreet, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.

You will manage access, assist with questions, log activities in BuildingLink, and uphold privacy and high standards in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.

Pay rate: $22 - $23 hourly

As a Concierge, you will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy, professionalism, and exceptional service at all times.
