Opensity Solutions is recruiting a Hospitality Specialist for a premier law firm. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with minimal after-hours, weekends, or holidays, delivering concierge-style service in a professional setting.

You will support high-level meetings and events, greet guests, assist with meeting room setups, and manage daily office hospitality tasks while maintaining exceptional service standards and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of client service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide concierge-style service.
• Set up meeting rooms and catering for events.
• Maintain clean, stocked conference and pantry areas.
• Assist with supply delivery and event support as needed.
• Utilize scheduling tools and room booking systems to manage tasks.
• Support after-hours firm events as required.
