Job summary

Premier in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Concierge Lounge Associate to warmly greet guests within 2 minutes of arrival and act as liaison with hotel departments for reservations and special requests.

You will maintain an information file on local services, actively promote hotel amenities, and keep the Concierge lounge tidy throughout shifts while upholding guest confidentiality and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Proven customer service skills, including ability to be resourceful and creative.
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.
• Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests in the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of guest arrival.
• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up on special requests.
• Maintain an information file on hotel and local services and attractions and recommend them to the guest, suggestively selling hotel amenities and services.
• Clean Concierge lounge throughout the shift by picking up dirty dishes and glasses and maintaining the kitchenette, including cleaning of floors, furniture and surfaces.
