Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hotel housekeeping attendant at San Ramon Marriott to maintain clean and safe guest rooms and public areas. You will work with a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Must be willing to pitch-in and help coworkers.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt communication style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces.
• Follow cleaning procedures and use cleaning agents.
• Strip beds and change bed linens, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Vacuum rooms and empty trash.
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys and restock heavy cart; inspect room.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
