RRD is seeking a Receptionist to deliver outstanding client service and act as a hub for the office. You will lead reception and concierge operations, coordinate with managers, and ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and meticulous scheduling using Condeco and MS Outlook, with support for events and day-to-day office activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years Concierge/reception experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead reception and concierge services, building strong client relationships.
• Communicate with reports, managers, and clients on deadlines.
• Elevate operational issues to supervision promptly.
• Handle client concerns with policy-aligned problem solving.
• Produce required reports on schedule.
• Oversee QA to maintain efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
• Greet clients and guests, be the daily contact for escalations.
• Escort guests to meeting rooms and coordinate host arrival.
• Schedule meetings using Condeco and MS Outlook with AV needs.
