Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge to be the welcoming presence at a luxury multifamily community near Alamo Heights/Mahncke. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and act as a trusted daily contact with discretion and professionalism.

The role emphasizes elevated resident experiences, quick responsiveness to concerns, and commitment to privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred
