Job summary

Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah is seeking a Front Desk Concierge Agent to deliver elevated, personalized service to guests from arrival to departure. You will assist with reservations, activity planning, transportation coordination, and special requests, acting as the resort's ambassador.

The role supports consistent daily coverage, builds guest relationships, and contributes to service recovery. On-site, year-round, full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and guest management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for guests with personalized recommendations and itinerary planning
• Coordinate dining, spa, golf, transportation, and activity reservations
• Assist with special occasions, VIP arrivals, and custom guest experiences
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to internal departments
• Support pre-arrival planning and in-stay guest engagement
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate guest notes and service details in resort systems
• Stay informed on resort amenities, events, and local attractions
• Support front desk and bell services during peak periods as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

The Concierge team plays a critical role in creating personalized, seamless guest experiences from arrival through departure.

Job Summary

The Front Desk Concierge Agent is responsible for delivering elevated, personalized service by assisting guests with reservations, activity planning, transportation coordination, and special requests. This role serves as a key ambassador of the resort, providing knowledgeable recommendations and proactive service to ensure each guest experience exceeds expectations. The Front Desk Concierge Agent supports consistent daily coverage and plays an active role in guest relationship building and service recovery.

Job Specifications

Onsite: Black Desert Resort

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time

Pay Rate: $19 - $21.50/hr. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
