Residence Inn Helena is seeking a front desk associate to provide concierge-style service and act as an in-house sales representative. Open availability and weekends are preferred to support high guest demand and sales goals.

Responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, resolving guest issues, coordinating with management, and maintaining accurate guest accounts. You will represent the property with professionalism and ensure a positive guest experience.

• Operate hotel safety and security procedures.
• Resolve guest issues and requests promptly.
• Manage telephone operations per Veridea standards.
• Assist with reporting and communication to management.
