Job summary

The Waters Senior Living in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests, respond to requests, and maintain a warm, inviting hub in the community.

You will be the face of the community, engage families, support events, and help create a safe, enjoyable environment for seniors. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' concierge or related position experience.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our seniors.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents.
• Engage residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them.
• Be the face of the community.
• Assist with development and implementation of new, innovative ways to help residents, families, and guests experience The Waters.

Responsibilities

• The Concierge acts as the main point of contact for information or assistance, representing The Waters.
• Respond to guest and team member requests in a timely manner.
• Support resident and guest activity planning and community events.

Education

Advanced education in hospitality or related field

Schedule: M/W/F 4:30PM - 7PM and every other weekend, 9AM - 5PM

The Concierge takes care of the needs and requests of residents and guests. The Concierge acts as the main point of contact for information or assistance in the community, serving as the face of the community and managing the hub for resident and guest activity planning. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to guest and team member requests in a timely manner, representing The Waters Senior Living in a professional manner.
