Job summary

The Waters in Edina, MN is seeking a friendly Server to deliver upscale dining services to residents and guests. You will respond promptly to requests, warmly represent The Waters, and contribute to a caring, engaging dining atmosphere for all residents.

No prior experience is required, though hospitality experience is a plus. This role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and a dedication to making every moment matter for our residents.

Qualifications

• No experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents.
• Engage with residents’ family and friends and take time to visit with them.

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.
