Job summary

The Waters Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Concierge to warmly assist residents and guests, serving as the primary point of contact for information and requests. You will help create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere and support resident and guest activities in the community.

Qualified candidates bring a hospitality background, strong interpersonal skills, and at least two years' concierge experience.

• Engage resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them
• Serve as the face of the community.
• Assists with the development and implementations of new, innovative ways to help our residents, families, and guests experience The Waters
• Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years' as a concierge or related position experience required

Responsibilities

• Take care of residents' and guests' needs and requests, acting as the main contact.
• Manage activity planning hub and present a warm, professional face of The Waters.

Schedule: M/W/F 4:30PM - 7PM and every other weekend, 9AM - 5PM

The Concierge takes care of the needs and requests of residents and guests. The Concierge acts as the main point of contact for information or assistance in the community, serving as the face of the community and managing the hub for resident and guest activity planning. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to guest and team member requests in a timely manner, representing The Waters Senior Living in a professional manner.
