The Waters is seeking a friendly server to provide upscale, professional dining service to residents and guests in a warm, inviting atmosphere. You will respond promptly to requests and represent The Waters with care and respect.

No experience is required, and the role offers opportunities to engage with residents and their families while creating a welcoming environment. This on-site position supports a compassionate community that values teamwork and dignity for all residents.

Qualifications

• No experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents.
• Engage with residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them.
