The Edge Men's Health Clinic in Rogers, AR is seeking a polished, energetic Patient Experience Team Member to join the front desk team. The role focuses on delivering a warm welcome, coordinating appointments, and guiding patients through visits with a high level of service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in medical scheduling or front desk work, strong computer skills, and a professional, bilingual (EN/ES) presence to support a growing practice. Weekday, on-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling or front office experience.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression.
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience throughout the patient visit.
• Manage front desk communications including phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries.
• Coordinate and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Handle scheduling changes with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Assist with patient check-in/check-out and accurately process payments.
• Educate patients on services, promotions, and products as appropriate.
