Job summary

Chapters Living Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Concierge to welcome residents and families, provide community information, and coordinate daily needs at the front desk. You will assist with appointments, transportation, and reservations while maintaining awareness of services and building strong relationships with residents and families.

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and families, provide information about the community and answer questions.
• Assist residents with daily needs such as scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and making reservations.
• Assist with account payables and receivables.
• Keep the front desk organized and well-maintained.
• Receive and direct all incoming calls and visitors.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and its services to communicate with residents and families.
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families to provide personalized service.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all residents.
