Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a physician-led concierge medical group in Richmond, VA. This primary care role is outpatient only with on-call rotation, offering a starting salary of $250,000 annually, increasing to $300,000 annually after achieving a full patient panel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
