Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Control access to the building, checking credentials and monitoring entry systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting occupants and guests warmly.
• Coordinate with property management to respond to alarms or security threats and ensure safety.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as guest/vendor logs, access cards, and keys.
• Keep security desks and entrances tidy and presentable.
• Support event coordination and conference room setup as needed.
• Provide information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries.
• Assist tenants with entrance/exit and deliveries.
