Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Concierge for our Guest Services team in the United States. The ideal candidate will use an engaging personality to create memorable experiences for guests, assist with planning their stay, and be the top source of knowledge about the hotel and local area.

You will build relationships with local restaurants and attractions, resolve issues to WOW guests, promote hotel programs, and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Advanced knowledge of the local area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Computer skills.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions
• Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren't quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Assist other departments as needed
