Responsibilities

• Remain attentive to surroundings and avoid distractions from work.
• Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service.
• Anticipate residents' needs and offer assistance to those who require it.
• Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas of the facility.
• Inspect entrances, egress doors, gates, and elevators; report issues.
• Regularly monitor gates and doors to ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies (alarms, entrapments, accidents).
• Provide friendly information to residents and guests.
• Follow directives from Facilities Manager/Concierge Director.
• Inspect doors and amenity spaces during patrols.
