Job summary

Stratton Amenities in Oakland, CA is hiring courteous and professional Courtesy Patrol/Concierge agents to safeguard our community and ensure tenant safety. You will observe, detect, and report security concerns while engaging with residents and visitors to enhance their sense of comfort.

Responsibilities include daily rounds, inspecting entrances and gates, responding to emergencies, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Remain attentive to surroundings and avoid distractions.
• Welcome residents with a smile and provide exceptional service.
• Anticipate residents' needs and assist anyone who requires it.
• Conduct daily rounds, thoroughly checking all areas.
• Inspect entrances, egress doors, gates, fire doors, loading docks, and elevators; report elevator issues.
• Monitor gates and doors to ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies (fire alarms, entrapment, accidents, complaints).
• Provide friendly customer service and accurate information to residents and guests.
• Follow directives from Facilities Manager and Concierge Director.
• Inspect doors and amenity spaces while patrolling.
• Reset furniture in amenities for the next day.
