Rightway is on a mission to improve access to affordable medications. This Pharmacist role guides specialty members, delivering concierge support by phone, chat, and email, and helps enroll patients in copay and patient assistance programs.

You will perform prospective/retrospective drug utilization reviews, comprehensive medication reviews, and participate in formulary policy development, with occasional travel and multi-state licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; PharmD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in direct patient care in PBM or specialty settings.
• State residency required; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Guide specialty members as the 'Pharmacist in the Family' to manage medications and disease states.
• Engage with members via phone, chat, and email to provide concierge support.
• Assist in enrolling patients in copay and patient assistance programs.
• Onboard new specialty members and support drug selection and dispensing pharmacy choices.
• Perform drug utilization reviews and comprehensive medication reviews.
• Collaborate with Navigation team to provide holistic member support.
• Contribute to drug monographs, therapeutic reviews, and policy development.
• Support prior authorization and formulary compliance when needed.
