Rightway is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty to join our PBM Clinical Operations team, delivering a concierge experience to specialty members and advancing medication therapy management. You will conduct drug reviews, support patient assistance programs, and collaborate with the Navigation team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; PharmD preferred; managed care or specialty residency preferred.
• 3 years in direct patient care in PBM clinical operations, health plan pharmacy department, or specialty pharmacy.
• Occasional travel and multi-state licensure willingness or attained licensure across states

Responsabilités

• Guide specialty members as if you are the “Pharmacist in the Family” to help manage medications and disease states.
• Engage with specialty members via phone, chat, and email to provide a white glove/concierge experience.
• Support and assist specialty members in enrolling in copay/patient assistance programs.
• Onboard new specialty members: assist in drug selection, specialty clinical assessment, selection of a specialty dispensing pharmacy, clinically support member throughout the continuum of care.
• Perform core Pharmacist duties including drug utilization reviews and comprehensive medication reviews.
• Collaborate with Rightway’s Navigation team to provide holistic support to members.
• Contribute to Pharmacy & Therapeutics processes in drug monographs, reviews and clinical policy development.
• Ensure processes meet regulatory and best practice standards.
• Support prior authorization review regarding specialty drug product selection and formulary compliance.
• Collaborate with third-parties in the administration of Rightway’s clinical pharmacy strategy.
