The role focuses on maintaining the Concierge Lounge, assisting with reservations and transportation, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of local restaurants and attractions preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with focus on cleanliness and presentation.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills to learn hotel systems.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Part Time Concierge Attendant!

As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the Concierge Lounge.

• Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.

• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.

• Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, transportation, and hotel services.
