Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to start the day by preparing, stocking, and maintaining the breakfast area for guests. You will ensure cleanliness and food safety while delivering friendly service, greet guests, and respond to inquiries about offerings.

• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Requires early start times often as early as 5AM, weekends and holidays.
