Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Morning Hospitality Ambassador, Concierge & Breakfast Attendant. The role includes greeting guests, providing local area information, and maintaining breakfast areas with a friendly, proactive service mindset.

The position runs from 5:45am to 12:00pm with a pay scale of $16-$16.50 per hour. Concord emphasizes a positive culture and guest-focused service as core to the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Able to greet guests, engage with them proactively, and provide local area information.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean dining room, service area and food and beverage hallways (depending on hotel design).
• Provide professional, competent, and prompt service with attention to guest needs.
• Arrive to work in uniform with a smile and a “Can-do” attitude.
• Restock food and supplies as needed to ensure consistent service.
• Continuous cleaning of area to provide all guests the same experience regardless of their breakfast arrival.
• Be knowledgeable on the general area and engage in conversation with guests on plans for the day. Be a source of information on area needs such as grocery shopping, post office, highways and entertainment.
• Communicate to management any guest concerns that need to be addressed.

We Are Hiring A Morning Hospitality Ambassador | Concierge & Breakfast Attendant

We are hiring a Concierge-Breakfast Ambassador

Pay scale: $16-$16.50/ hour.

Shift: 5:45am-12:00pm
