Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Concierge Attendant to create a welcoming guest experience in the hotel breakfast area. You will set up and maintain presentation of food and beverages, keep the lounge orderly, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a passion for exceptional service. Candidates should be flexible for shifts including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth within Concord’s hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/concierge experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations.

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the breakfast area.
