• Proven ability to develop new business relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business relationships with individuals, professionals, and local businesses through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Promote concierge-style banking by delivering responsive, personalized service and acting as a trusted financial resource.
• Represent the bank at networking events, civic functions, and industry gatherings to increase visibility and credibility.
• Engage with local Chambers of Commerce, business associations, and nonprofits to build partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, accountants, real estate professionals, and financial advisors.
• Meet or exceed goals for new client relationships, deposit growth, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain an active business development pipeline and accurate records of prospecting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand client relationships and enhance the banking experience.
• Deliver exceptional client service through proactive communication and attention to detail.
