First Bank Chicago seeks a seasoned relationship management professional to grow our Private Banking Group (PBG) portfolio. You will develop and deepen client relationships, identify opportunities for deposits, lending, and treasury services, and coordinate referrals with internal partners to expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Minimum 5 years previous banking experience.
• Demonstrated success developing and expanding client relationships through networking, referrals and consultative relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Proactively strengthen client relationships by assessing needs and advising on banking solutions.
• Expand client relationships through deposits, lending, treasury management and other services.
• Identify referral opportunities to support client needs and growth.
• Present and position the Bank’s products to onboard and retain clients.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline information and prepare client proposals.
