Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is seeking a Concierge to join the Front Office team. You will provide guests with up-to-date information on restaurants, events, and local venues, and assist with tickets, reservations, and personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.

This role requires 1–2 years of luxury-hotel experience, the ability to multitask, fluency in English and Spanish, and working knowledge of Rio Grande and surrounding communities, along with proficiency in

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask on several items at once in a fast-paced luxury setting.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Rio Grande and surrounding communities, with strong local recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests with accurate assessment of needs and personalized recommendations.
• Handle guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism; accommodate requests; resolve complaints.
• Assist guests with hotel services, hours, key personnel, events, and directions in a timely manner.
• Process packages, faxes, messages and mail accurately and promptly.

About the role:

The Concierge is a central part of the Front Office Team whose mainobjectiveis to ensure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. They must know what activities are available in the area (theatre, sports,special events, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) andestablishesclose contacts with vendors in these areasin order toprovide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.

What you will do:

• Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction whilecomplying withall Four Seasons’ policies.

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible and resolving customer complaints.

• Assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-houseeventsand directions. They will respond to all guest requests inan accurateandtimelymanner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

• This position is also responsible for processing packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming inan accurateandtimelymanner.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,in a luxury hotel setting preferred.

• Requires the ability to multi-task on several items at once.

• Working knowledge of computer systems, hotel operating systems and experience with Microsoft Suite, OPERA/Concierge Smart preferred.

• Knowledge ofRio Grande and the surrounding communities.

• Excellent communicationin both English and Spanish languagerequired
