Four Seasons Puerto Rico is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager who brings passion for excellence and a high level of enthusiasm to the guest experience. You will support the Front Office team with operations, guest services, and staff coordination.

Required are at least two years in Rooms Division leadership, strong front desk knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish. The role offers comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to contribute to a world-class luxury environment.

• Strong knowledge of front desk procedures and guest service standards.

• Overseeing Manager on Duty aspects of the Front Desk operation.
• Interviews, trains and schedules the staff; conducts evaluations.
• Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing for guests; block rooms as needed.
• Review daily arrivals; manage Special Attention Guests, Return Guests and Groups.
• Resolve guest complaints with hospitality and professionalism.

About The Role
The Four Seasons Puerto Rico is looking for an Assistant Front Desk Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The What You Will Do

The Assistant Front Desk Manager is an essential member of the Front office team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

• Overseeing Manager on Duty aspects of the Front Desk operation
• Interviews, trains and schedules the staff. Conducts Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed
• Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing requirements for all guests. Blocks rooms for arrivals and ensures any discrepancies are resolved. Reviews daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of Special Attention Guests, Return Guests, and Groups
• Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed. Follows up on credit problems with Front Desk Manager and/or Credit Manager. Reviews all paid-outs, rebates, Checks cashiers’ work at end of shift to ensure all transactions are reconciled with proper approvals and endorsements.
• Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services and hours of operations.

What you will bring:

• At least two years of management experience in Rooms Division operations.
• Strong knowledge of front desk procedures and guest service standards.
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to be present in the operation, recognize staff, and resolve guest concerns or special requests.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish language.
