Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is seeking a Spa Attendant to ensure guests experience exceptional service in the locker room and wellness spaces. You will support the spa team by maintaining hygiene standards and guiding guests through facilities.

Ideal candidates bring warmth, a professional appearance, and prior experience in luxury spa settings. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred to assist a diverse guest base and enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of the locker room and fitness areas.

• Distributes and stocks towels, robes, swimsuits, toiletries, juices, fruits and other items needed in the area.

About The Role

The Spa Attendant is an integral part of the Spa and Fitness Center. This position ensures the needs of all Spa and Fitness guests are met specifically in the locker room.

What You Will Do

• Maintains the cleanliness of the locker room and fitness areas.
• Provides guests with a fitness and locker room orientation.
• Offers spa & fitness tours and can advise of Spa treatment options.
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
• Distribute and stock towels, robes, swimsuits, toiletries, juices, fruits and other items or amenities needed in the area to provide guests with a level of service in keeping with a Four Seasons.

What you will bring:

• We are looking for individuals who have a warm and welcome smile and a positive attitude!
• The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a luxury/upscale/full service Spa.
• Candidate must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish language required
