Job description

The primary function is to provide sales tours for resorts located outside of Florida by the activation of packages for discounted resort stays. This activation includes manifesting the invites, booking the reservation for the stay and scheduling the tour date and time.

• Contact guests that have purchased packages for discount stays through outbound calling.
• Manifest the invites using SAMS system by entering all contact information and package details per each guest invite.
• Book reservation and schedule tour date and time.
• Send confirmation and follow up emails for upcoming reservations.
• Maintain a tracking log of tours and reservations booked.
