Job summary

The role includes administrative tasks, event setup, and coordinating with tenants on deliveries. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is required.
• Knowledge of computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience as Concierge, Security Guard, Receptionist, or Front Office role.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful and proactive in issue resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

• Ability to understand written instructions and memos; ask clarifying questions.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the building and verify credentials.
• Greet occupants and guests with warmth and efficiency.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, or security threats; ensure safety.
• Handle administrative tasks like guest/vendor logs, access cards, keys, and security staff.
• Keep security desks and entrances tidy and presentable.
• Assist with event coordination and meeting setup as needed.
• Provide basic information in person, by phone, or email.
• Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Assist tenants with entry/exit and bringing in deliveries and groceries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
