Job summary

Associa is seeking a Welcome Ambassador/Front Desk Agent in Florida to greet residents and guests, manage access, and support building operations. This role emphasizes discretion, professional communication, and reliable teamwork with property staff.

The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma, 2+ years in customer service, and familiarity with a property management system and POS. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and previous front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Compute basic arithmetic.
• Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
• Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system.
• Some college or training in Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience as Front Desk Agent.

Responsibilities

• Greet vendors, residents and their guests.
• Coordinate all deliveries of packages, flowers, restaurant food.
• Monitor security cameras and building exterior doors.
• Maintain a secure environment for residents.
• Control guest/vendor access to residential floors.
• Collaborate with building staff to meet residents' needs.
• Review front desk procedures and facilitate communication between owner, maintenance, and management.
• Ensure areas are clean and professional during shift.
• Follow safety and security policies and procedures.
• Handle crisis situations in emergencies or fires.
• Answer telephone clearly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
