Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale in Woburn, MA seeks a hospitality-focused Concierge to warmly greet residents, guests and service providers. You will be the first face visitors see and will handle deliveries, inquiries, and coordination with staff to maintain smooth operations.

Salary is $20-$24 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off. Flexible shifts and daily pay are offered, with responsibilities across front-desk duties and resident support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Handle and resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors and suppliers without escalation.
• Accept and log delivery packages; notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.

This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
