Job summary

The Delaney at Georgetown is hiring a hospitality-focused Concierge in Georgetown, TX. You will meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers and service providers daily in a warm, professional manner.

Shift available full-time, part-time and prn with weekend availability. Responsibilities include answering phones, resolving resident issues, processing deliveries, creating maintenance work orders, and supporting the Business Office Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers while meeting organizational goals and ensuring service quality.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify recipients.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.

The Delaney at Georgetown is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Shift available full-time, part-time and prn with weekend availability

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills

Salary: $15.00/hour
