Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our team. The role involves answering phones, greeting residents and visitors, and coordinating messages and appointments in a welcoming, organized environment.

Responsibilities include updating rosters and logs, assisting with meal tickets, distributing mail, and supporting marketing with brochures. High school diploma is preferred, with 1–3 years of customer service experience; opportunity for growth and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience or training.
• Prior experience in hospitality or concierge roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and perform reception duties.
• Take complete messages with pertinent information and relay to recipients.
• Greet residents and visitors; answer inquiries and provide directions.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for the dining staff.
• Update resident phone list, roster, move-in/out registers and logs.
• Manage appointments for residents and families (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
• Maintain a neat desk and entry area.
• Distribute mail to residents and staff.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our community is looking for a Concierge to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
• Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
• Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
