The Waterford at Plymouth, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a friendly receptionist to welcome residents and guests, answer calls, and manage front-desk duties in a welcoming senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual and provides information about the community.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolves customer questions and concerns.
• Assists with daily tidying of common areas and dining room.
• Assists with prepping and serving meals and dining clean up.
• Intermittent support for resident activity set up and clean up.

Receptionist Responsibilities Include

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
