Job summary

The Waterford at Fitchburg, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional front-desk service and information to residents, families, and visitors. This role supports daily operations and helps ensure a welcoming environment at our Fitchburg location.

The position emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, and efficient handling of inquiries, mail, and transportation coordination.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs callers to appropriate individuals
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Coordinates resident transportation needs with the Transportation Manager
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolves customer questions and concerns

Concierge Responsibilities include:

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Coordinates resident transportation needs in conjunction with the Transportation Manager
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
