Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct callers, provide address, directions, and contact information.
• Greet and guide visitors to the community.
• Coordinate resident transportation with Transportation Manager.
• Receive, sort, and forward mail.
• Coordinate pick-up/delivery of express mail services.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns.

Concierge Responsibilities Include

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Coordinates resident transportation needs in conjunction with the Transportation Manager
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
