Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in concierge or front office, with 1 year in supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, culture, and events.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in hotel software systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle guest concerns diplomatically.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
