Job summary

The Courtyards, part of CIMA Senior Living in Odessa, TX, seeks a Concierge to welcome residents and visitors and provide excellent customer service in a warm, respectful setting. You will answer phones, greet guests, handle resident requests, coordinate transportation and appointments, and assist with administrative tasks to keep communication smooth.

Applicants must be 18+ and have at least 1 year of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or senior
