Greenbrier Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for The Rivers at Maryland Farms in Brentwood, TN. The role supports front desk operations, resident interactions, and daily administrative tasks in a warm, service-driven environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience. Evening and weekend availability is essential; background check and pre-employment requirements apply. EOE.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner
• Manage front desk sign-in/out for visitors and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Notify residents and staff of arriving guests, packages, and deliveries
• Assist with resident requests and coordinate with appropriate departments
• Provide information to prospective residents and visitors
• Support Lifestyles team with event reservations, fee collection, and recordkeeping
• Maintain resident information databases and distribute directories
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Support other departments to ensure high-quality resident service
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

What You Will Do

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, courteous, and service-driven mindset
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
