Legend Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests at the front desk, provide information about local attractions, and conduct community tours. You will relay messages to the appropriate department and help create a welcoming environment for all visitors.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, coordinating resident parking, tours, and ensuring front desk areas are clean and well-stocked.

Job Highlights

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed
• Conducts tours and ensures that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
