Job summary

The Wellington at Southport, a Sonida Senior Living community in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome guests, answer calls and share community information. You will coordinate mail and deliveries, direct visitors, and help residents with inquiries.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service for seniors, teamwork, and reliability. We offer flexible scheduling, medical/dental, 401k match, PTO from day one, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual, providing community address, directions, and related information.

• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolves customer questions and concerns.
