West Shores Senior Living, part of Sonida Senior Living, is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and manage mail and deliveries at our Hot Springs, AR community.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service and supporting a collaborative care team in a vibrant senior living setting.

Receptionist Responsibilities Include

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
