• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual, providing information such as address, directions, and contact details.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolves customer questions and concerns.
