Job summary

The Addison of St. Johns in Jacksonville, FL, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and route information about the community. You will be the first point of contact, delivering warm, professional service to residents and families.

You will manage mail, arrange deliveries, and support on-site operations while staying compliant with community policies. Strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
