Job summary

The Addison of St. Johns in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking dedicated care staff to warmly engage with residents and support daily living in a senior living community.

You will interact with residents, families, and team members in a respectful manner, help ensure safety, independence, and quality of life, and participate in required in-service trainings and program guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
